Complete gentleman's Garden Railway

 in 12 1/4"Gauge.

This is a rare opportunity to acquire a garden railway complete with two diesel locos, a five coach passenger train, works wagons and approx. 1000m of track.

The primary locomotive is based on a Class 37 and is powered with a Cummins 6 cyl. diesel driving all axles through a hydraulic transmission. It can be driven from either end and is equipped with many interesting features.  It is substantially built and capable of hard work.

The second loco. is loosely based on an 08 type with a Leyland Mini engine with auto gearbox and separate reversing box.

The coaches are a unique articulated design and fully fitted out inside with wood panelling, upholstered seats, curtains and electric light, there is also a catering trolley with cups and saucers, cutlery, napkins and a tea urn.

An articulated pair of goods wagons completes the stock list, these can be set up as flat wagons, drop sides of partial box vans.

There is also approximately 1000m of track laid in 9lb/yd rail with several turnouts.

Offers are invited for the complete railway as my client wishes to sell in one lot.

Situated in a rural part of Shropshire, viewing is by appointment only.
